"The guys from Transpacific Overhead Door did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for whatever your overhead door needs are. They were on time, very respectful and are great @ figuring problems out. They keep you informed on what they are doing, what the cost will be and how long it will take them. I’am very particular and have been called a perfectionist. "TPL responded immediately to my request for a visit "tomorrow morning if possible" with an offer to have a technician on site that very morning. They arrived on time in a clean work truck and explained how the billing would work, then proceeded to diagnose and solve my problem. Their service concept expanded from what I wanted to what I needed! In addition to solving my problem they lubricated the garage door tracks, a maintenance item beyond the purpose of solving my initial problem. Andrew was pleasant, courteous, considerate, careful, speedy, and skilled. They are my "garage door guys" from now on."
